The team of research and development of Starzyme, composed of one postdoctoral scholar of molecular biology, five graduates majoring microbiology, animal nutrition and veterinary medical science, and more than ten undergraduates, is mainly engaged in pure culture, fermentation and applications of enzymes and probiotics in various fields. In addition, the Starzyme has established long term close cooperative relationships with Institute of Microbiology of China National Academy of Science, Jiangnan University, Shenyang Agricultural University, Liaoning University, and Dalian Industrial University.
